Welcome to our Logan remodel, where we had the pleasure of working on a charming 1920 craftsman style house. Our vision for this remodel was to blend modern style with the original 1920’s charm of the house. Our approach was simple – if it was original to the house, we left it untouched.
The kitchen, however, had been redone in the 80’s, so we completely remodeled it with modern style shaker cabinets and quartz countertops. The penny tile flooring in the bathroom was original to the house and was preserved. We took special care to ensure that the new design seamlessly integrated with the original features of the house.
The woodworking in the house was done by hand by the builder of the property in 1920. We made sure to preserve this unique feature by incorporating handmade cabinets, woodworking, and tile in the design. Our goal was to incorporate a mid-century modern aesthetic while still maintaining the historical features of the house.
In addition to the kitchen, we also completely redid the basement and upgraded the bathroom. Our team worked closely with the homeowner to ensure that the final result met their expectations and perfectly complemented the rest of the house.
At LBR Partners LLC, we understand the importance of preserving historical features while also incorporating modern design elements. If you’re interested in learning more about our remodeling services or have a project in mind, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We would love to hear from you!
