Welcome to our Sumter project, a luxurious and high-end remodel/flip that is sure to impress. Located in a desirable area, this 1950s build has been modified throughout the years while still keeping the coved ceilings intact to maintain its character. With a mid-century modern vibe, this home features neutral tones that act as a blank canvas for clients to add their personal touch.
The glass wall, which was original to the house, was a unique feature that we decided to keep. This project also includes a bonus lounging area above the garage, as well as a sunroom that goes straight into the backyard.
We stained the fireplace and created a custom mantle, as well as added new paint and trim to give the home a fresh look. The kitchen underwent a complete gut, with new cabinets and finishes. The bathrooms were also redone with high-grade finishes.
